Elevated Design Rooted in Everyday Living

Project Description

Caliza Haven was designed as a home that feels elevated in every sense—architecturally, aesthetically, and functionally—while still being deeply rooted in everyday family life.

“Caliza,” meaning limestone, speaks directly to the natural stone elements that define this home from the very first impression. A grand stone entry welcomes you in, setting the tone for what’s inside—refined materials, intentional design, and a layout that balances scale with livability.

As you step through the iron double doors, you’re met with a breathtaking two-story entry and a second-floor overlook that opens to the living space below. The volume, light, and connection between levels create a sense of openness while still maintaining warmth and structure.

Every space was thoughtfully designed for a large, active family—where elevated design meets real life, seamlessly.

The Feel

This home was built to impress—but more importantly, to live well in.

It’s where grand scale meets thoughtful detail. Where every finish feels elevated, yet nothing feels untouchable. A home that holds both everyday chaos and intentional beauty—with ease.

Caliza Haven is a striking example of how bold architectural presence and refined materials can come together in a home that’s not only visually impressive, but fully designed for real life—bringing together scale, comfort, and livability in one cohesive space.
